As a Guest Services Representative, you will part of our Contact Centre Team welcoming visitors to Vancouver and helping to create remarkable experiences. Your main focus will be to book experiences through phone and email while acting as a local expert for guests visiting our city.


  • Offering information, directions, and suggestions on things to do in Vancouver
  • Selling experiences and making reservations for guests, our Sales Team, hotel concierges and wholesalers
  • Communicating with the team and supervisors
  • Accurately performing sales transactions over the phone and through email using our online booking system
  • Providing exceptional guest service at all times
  • Professionally resolve guest questions and feedback


  • You love Vancouver and you want to share it with the world
  • You have great verbal communication skills (maybe in a few different languages!)
  • You are able to work under pressure
  • You are a quick learner who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • You enjoy working with computers and learning new programs
  • You are quick on your feet and able to analyze and solve problems quickly
  • You have a flexible schedule and are available to work weekends and holidays (shifts between 7am – 9pm)
