At Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing health and safety are a priority for our team members and guests. In light of the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we are monitoring the evolving situation and will continue to follow the guidelines provided by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and the BC Centre for Disease Control. We have always and will continue to maintain a robust cleaning process for our vehicles and locations:
Revised and Updated GLWCS Policies and Protocols:
- Increased access to hand sanitation and anti-bacterial wipes for guests and team members; and monitoring supply for use and resupply
- Reviewed and updated products and frequency on all our vehicle cleaning protocols
- Reviewed and updated products and frequency on our office space cleaning protocols
- Repeatedly advising our team members of best practices for maintaining good health/cleanliness and actionable steps to take if feeling sick.
GLWCS Book With Confidence
Guests can book with confidence knowing that our sightseeing tours are fully refundable up until 8 pm the night before the departure date. All bookings cancelled after 8 pm the night prior to departure will be handled on a case by case basis.
