V2V – Ferry Between Vancouver + Victoria

V2V is a premium ferry cruise service connecting between downtown Vancouver and downtown Victoria.  The V2V Empress experience places travellers in a premium and highly personalised journey focused on guest comfort, while providing them with the opportunity to spend the voyage learning about the rich culture in the region. Guests have the opportunity to taste local flavours through the on-board menu featuring foods and beverages from the region.

How long is the ferry trip?
The sailing time between Vancouver and Victoria will be approximately 3.5 hours (per way)
When and where do I need to check-in?
Check in 30 minutes prior to departure and closes 10 minutes prior to departure.

We are located past the Olympic Cauldron at Jack Pool Plaza on the waterfront walkway level, one level above Seaplane Terminal.

Victoria: 470 Belleville St

We are located inside the Steamship Terminal Building, waterfront level by the wharf, stair and ramp access.

Can I bring my luggage?

Yes!  One piece of luggage (23 kilograms or less) and one carry-on (10 kilograms or less) are included in the fare.

Additional luggage or bulky items such as skis, golf clubs, and bikes can be accommodated for a fee of $25 per item. Limited space is available for bikes each sailing.

What is the cancellation policy?

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy.  Any cancellation inside 48 hours will result in no refund.

What is the difference between Premium and Royal Seating?

Premium Class includes ergonomically designed seating, complimentary Wifi, power outlets nearby and food and alcoholic beverages available for purchase onboard.

Royal class is located on the upper deck, features highly personalized service, the best panoramic views, and includes a 3-course light meal, a welcome drink, and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages.

How do we pay for tours and attractions?

Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing accepts payment with VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Direct Debit is currently not available.

Tickets purchased through WeChat or Alipay will not be accepted.
